• Physiology 2 의 "Lung Squeeze?" 부분.
  
  Lung squeeze doesn't always happen( or at least cause symptoms), however, because the body can compensate for compression below residual volume.
  
  The mammalian diving reflex helps shift blood volume, along with internal soft organs, into the chest cavity to offset the volume loss.
  
  ==> 깊은 수압이 폐를 잔기량(Residual Volume) 부피보다 더 작아지도록 압력을 가하여도, 포유류 잠수 반사가 상당량의 피(blood volume) 를 흉강(chest cavity)로
  보내서 부피를 조금 더 추가해(offset the volume loss) 주기 때문에 폐 압박(Lung Squeeze)이 항상 일어나지는 않는다.....
  
  라고 이해를 했다.
  
  그런데 "along with internal soft organs" 를 어떻게 이해해야 할까?
  내부의 부드러운 장기도 피를 흉강으로 보내준다는 의미일까???

        이런 생리학적 현상에 대해서 좀 더 조사하고 관련 정보를 읽어볼 필요가 있음.
        lung squeeze, trachea( 기도, wind pipe) squeeze 에 대해서 좀 더 조사해 보자.
